BEAUTY AND THE BEAST SYDNEY TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
Policy is valid solely for performances of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at the Capitol Theatre, Sydney.
Tickets may be exchanged solely for different performances of originally purchased production and must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of originally-ticketed performance. Exchanges made for positive COVID tests or other illness can be submitted by 10am on the day of the performance.
A $10 per ticket fee applies up to a maximum of $30 per exchange transaction. Exchange may be subject to additional fees if expedited delivery is requested or if the ticket delivery option selected differs from the original.
Fee will be waived within 24 hours of original purchase.
Tickets may be exchanged for any other single performance on sale at time of exchange, subject to seat availability, blackout dates, sold-out performances and other restrictions. Exchanges may not be made for same performance or to reduce the total number of tickets originally purchased.
Exchanges will only be made for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster (TM):

This exchange policy does not apply to tickets purchased through the TM Groups Department. Please contact your Groups Representative on groups@ticketmaster.com.au.
Tickets purchased via 3rd party providers are subject to their exchange policies.
Exchanges will be valued at original face value of the ticket purchased. Additional payments apply if choosing a performance or section that costs more than the original or if exchanges are from an originally-discounted ticket into a performance with no discounted tickets available.
Guests may receive partial refunds if the face value of the original ticket is higher than the face value of the new ticket. Refunds are not allowed except as guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law.
New special offers may not be applied to exchanged tickets.
Upon exchange, original tickets will be voided. Newly issued tickets are required for entry into the performance.
Complimentary tickets and resold tickets are not eligible for exchange.
Other restrictions may apply. Exchange policy may change or be revoked without notice, and changes will apply to tickets purchased after the date of the change.
