Jimmy Rees has been relocated...
Due to the recently announced redevelopment of the Thebarton Theatre scheduled to commence mid 2023, Jimmy Rees’ 'Not That Kinda Viral Tour' show scheduled for Thursday 21 September 2023 at 6:00pm, has now been moved to the new venue of Her Majesty's Theatre and will take place on the same date and time.
What happens now?
Your purchase will still be valid, but due to the change in venue, Ticketek will issue new tickets from Tuesday 27 June 2023.
Tickets will be allocated into equivalent seating locations. If you choose to keep your booking to attend the new venue, you acknowledge that your data will be provided to Ticketek, so they can fulfil the allocation of your new ticket/s.
If you have not received your new tickets by 5pm, Monday 10 July 2023 please contact Ticketek here.
Transferred Tickets:
Please note that all Transferred tickets have been returned to the original purchaser’s account. If you did not purchase from Ticketmaster then you will need to return to your point of purchase in order to obtain new ticket(s) or request a refund.
Unable to attend the new venue? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm on Monday 26 June 2023 to allow for the transition to the new venue.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the relocated show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of relocating the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Transfer", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
