How do I arrange to buy tickets for my accessibility needs?
We’ve updated our seating framework to include a larger range of accessible seating options this year.
Accessible seats (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling our Customer Service team on 1800 100 030 (Mon to Sun, 9am until 5pm AEST) and select option 1. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.
Accessible seating, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via our Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help. Please be sure to include your relevant presale code with your request if wanting to make a booking during the presale period.
I require a wheelchair space, how many additional tickets can I purchase to sit next to me?
Race fans who require accessible tickets to the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2024 can purchase these through the General Public page. Subject to availability, Wheelchair and accompanying seats (either as paid tickets or with a Companion Card) can be purchased online at a 1:1 ratio.

Where are the wheelchair/accessible viewing platforms located in Park Pass (GA) areas?
There are unreserved accessible wheelchair platforms located at Turn 2, 4 and 12. There will also be a sensory room near the Waite Grandstand.
Are there any areas/activities which are not accessible via wheelchair/crutches/walking frame etc?
There are some areas throughout the circuit which are not accessible via wheelchairs including non-accessible grandstand and hospitality products. Getting around the circuit can also be challenging with the size of the park and a range of overpasses. There is an accessible shuttle which can be used throughout the circuit and a range of accessible services which can viewed online here.
