Tennis fans who require accessible tickets to the Australian Open can purchase these through the General Public page. Subject to availability, Wheelchair and accompanying seats (either as paid tickets or with a Companion Card) can be purchased online at a 1:1 ratio. To purchase tickets, in the seat selection step, switch the ‘View only Accessible Tickets’ toggle to see all accessible seating options.
For all other Wheelchair/Companion and any other accessibility requirements (e.g., vision impaired), please call 1300 446 925, Monday – Sunday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (AEDT) or submit an accessibility form online. Please note, this phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.
