Trey Kennedy has been rescheduled and relocated...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that due to unforeseen scheduling, Trey Kennedy's performance at the Palais Theatre on Saturday 9 December 2023 has been rescheduled. The show will now take place at the Athenaeum Theatre on Tuesday 12 December 2023.
What about the tickets?
- Your updated tickets will now be emailed to you from Monday 27 November as Print at Home pdf files for printing out. Please check your inbox/junk/spam folder. Your new tickets will not appear in your Ticketmaster Account and only the tickets in your email can be used for entry on event day. Please disregard your original tickets as these are no longer valid.
- You can also save the file on your mobile device for easy access and entry into the theatre on the day. Access the e-mail on your mobile device, double click on the attachment and save it to your phone. You now have your tickets stored! You can scan them at the venue. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.
- New tickets will only be issued to the original purchaser. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Transfer”, you will need to contact the original account/credit card holder.
Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm on Wednesday 29 November 2023.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Transfer", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
