Important Things to Know During the Presale
How does the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 presale work?
It’s a simple two-step process:
Step 1: You Register – Fill out the registration form, pick your preferred ticket option and let us know how to contact you. Registrations are now closed!.
Step 2: Resellers and Bots are removed and then fans are selected to get access to the sale. Prior to 12pm (AEST) on Monday 17th June, if selected, you will receive your unique access code via email. This code can only be used once to access the Registered Presale.
The Registered Presale has now finished.
How many tickets can I buy?
You can purchase up to 20 tickets.
Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets for the Qatar Airways Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024 by selecting the Filters button and toggling the Show accessible tickets button.
There is accessible seating available in all categories of tickets including Hospitality, Grandstands, and unreserved General Admission. To book Accessible tickets for Grandstands or Island passes, please submit a request or call 1800 100 030 between 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday.

Collector Tickets
Collector Tickets can only be delivered to customers via standard mail and cannot be collected from outlets or the venue. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets.
Collector Tickets will be mailed to customers in mid-September and are expected to arrive at the address listed on your Ticketmaster account at the time of purchase by the 4th of October.
Please note that the delivery of your Collector Ticket will only include your ticket. You will be able to redeem the accompanying lanyard at the circuit from one of the Ticketmaster Customer Service Offices outside Gates 1, 3 or 7 (Friday – Sunday of event days).
If you have not received your Collector Tickets by Monday the 14th of October, please submit your enquiry directly to Ticketmaster through your Ticketmaster account. Follow these instructions.
Aisle Seats
We know the race days are a long time to be in your seat. If you’re looking for a bit more comfort, look no further than our Aisle Seat tickets.
Tickets in all grandstands that are the first 4 seats from each aisle will be designated as Aisle Seat Tickets – be sure to select an “Aisle Seat” ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $15 surcharge.
Resale and Ticket Transfer
You can transfer your ticket through your Ticketmaster account. Please note that in doing so, this will cancel any tickets/barcodes in your account and allocate new barcodes to the receiver. Here is some helpful information on how to transfer your ticket.
The Event Organiser has activated resale tickets for this event from Sunday the 18th of August. To learn how to list your tickets for sale on Ticketmaster, visit our FAQ Resale Sellers Help. Ticket resale is only applicable for Grandstand and Island Pass (excludes hospitality tickets).
