Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue. Visit our help page for more information on using mobile tickets.
I purchased tickets through a third-party site (including Travel Partners) and need help. What should I do?
Please reach out to your point of contact directly. If you purchased through an unauthorised third-party company such as Viagogo or The Ticket Merchant, purchases are made at the customer’s own risk. We strongly recommend not purchasing via unauthorised third-party companies.
