What are the Ticket Delivery Options?
Paperless Floor Ticketing:
In a first for any artist performing in New Zealand and Australia, and to ensure fans have the best access, floor tickets for all of U2’s Australian and New Zealand shows will be paperless.
Not only does this improve your experience getting into the venue on show day, digital-only tickets will also mean less scalping, safer and easier transfer to friends, and a better environmental outcome with less waste. Click here for information about Mobile Delivery.
Ticket Delivery Restrictions:
- All General Admission tickets have a delivery method of Mobile Ticket Only.
- All (Red) Zone tickets can only be collected from the venue on the day of the show.
- All VIP Party Experience tickets can only be collected from the venue on the day of the show.
Ticket Printing Delay Information:
- All Physical Tickets for Optus Stadium will be delayed until day of General Public Onsale. All Physical tickets for Marvel Stadium will be delayed until Friday 18 October 2019.
- All Collector Tickets will be dispatched a month prior to the event. Collector tickets are not available to those without a valid Australian address. You must provide an Australian postal address to receive Collector Tickets. The exception to this is the VIP Party Experience which can be collected from the Venue on event day.
- All Mobile & Print-At-Home tickets will be delayed until 72 hours prior to event day.
What are the Accessible Ticket Options?

Will there be a Viewing Platform in the GA area?

Can I purchase tickets in the (RED) Zone?

Where are the U2 VIP seating areas?

- Please ensure the contact details you provided at the point of purchase are up to date. These will be the details used to communicate all (RED) Zone information.
- You will receive an instructional email 3-5 business days before the event with timing and
additional information. - (RED) Zone tickets are only available for collection at the venue on the day of the show.
- (RED) Zone may need to arrive 1-2 hours before doors open in order to register & get their ticket + wristband, if they wish to enter the venue as soon as doors to the venue open.
- Original purchaser must be present, with government issued photo ID at (RED) Zone Check-in in order to receive (RED) Zone tickets & wristbands.
- (RED) Zone inclusions (e.g. wristband & commemorative merchandise item) will be redeemed and collected on the night of the show.
