If you are receiving this message when you check your booking, you can ignore it. It has been popping up in error and we are working hard on getting it removed. Please note that you do not need to enter a mobile number to receive your tickets. Your tickets will be accessible via this page on your Mobile browser closer to the performance date.
We do need at least one contact number for you however. Sometimes things happen last minute with events and we want to be able to let you know ASAP. You can check we have the most up to date contact information for you by logging into your account here. Click on Edit Billing Information then the blue Edit button next to your stored credit/debit card. On the next screen you can review and edit your contact details, including your contact phone numbers. Don't forget to click on the blue Submit button once you've made any necessary updates.
If your booking is for mobile delivery tickets for U2 or Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, your tickets will be accessible via your Mobile browser 72 hours prior to the performance date.
