The Ticketmaster confirmation email is sent to the email you supplied during your booking, up to 72 hours after purchasing your tickets. If you haven’t received an email confirmation please check the email that you have registered with us is the correct email address. Please also check your junk or spam folder to ensure that your email provider hasn’t misfiled the email.
Your payment to us will also appear on your card statement as pending charges after the booking has been processed.
If you cannot find confirmation of your booking through these avenues, you are able to confirm your booking by following these steps:
- Sign in to your MyTicketmaster account.
- If you have booked online, your order will appear on your Orders Page. Click "print receipt" to see your order details. (Please note for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, you will not see your tickets in your orders page immediately after purchase. Please see the below step).
- If you have purchased via telephone or your order does not appear, scroll down to "search for phone and online orders", enter the phone number you used to call and make the booking or your credit card number, and search.
- Please note that you do not need to enter a Mobile number to receive your tickets. Your tickets will be accessible via your Ticketmaster App or Mobile browser closer to the performance date.
