In most instances, we will be able to offer replacement tickets, and a ticket replacement fee would be charged. Please note that for some events, however, tickets are not replaceable. See our Purchase Policy for more information about replacement tickets.
Tickets are Lost or Not Arrived
If your tickets have been lost, or haven't arrived in the post, please contact us 3 days prior to your event.
Tickets are Destroyed or Stolen
If your tickets have been destroyed or stolen, please contact us as soon as you notice they are missing.
