Ticketmaster gift vouchers differ from Ticketmaster gift cards. Gift Vouchers are specific to a particular event, and are printed on ticket stock.
All Ticketmaster Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in person at a Ticketmaster Outlet (view our full list of outlet locations) or by posting them to our Mail Bookings department.
If you'd like to redeem your gift vouchers through a mail booking please mail your gift vouchers, a cheque for any outstanding balance and a cover letter including the event you're booking for, how many tickets you'd like to book and your contact details. The address for Mail Bookings is:

If you are sending your gift voucher for a mail booking we recommend you use Registered Post, as lost, destroyed or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
Your tickets will be mailed back or, if there's not sufficient time, will be held for collection at the venue.
