Ticketmaster endeavours to dispatch tickets as soon as possible, generally within 2 working days of your purchase being made. The expected delivery time for our different mailing options are as follows:
Regular Mail: 5-7 business days
Registered Mail: 6-8 business days
Express Post: 2-4 business days
International Mail: 10-14 business days
For some events, the postage of tickets is delayed, either at the request of the promoters or due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a large-scale delay of tickets, we will publish updated information on our Ticket Delivery Information page.
If there is no information about your event at the above link, it may be that your tickets have been delayed in the post. If they have not arrived 3 days prior to your event, please submit a request and our customer support team will look into issuing replacement tickets for you.
Please note that Ticketmaster cannot guarantee replacement tickets for every event, as per our Purchase Policy.
