It can take up to 24 hours for any purchase to show in your online order history. Further, purchases made either via our call centre, bookings using membership barcodes or at a Ticketmaster Outlet will not appear in your online order history.
However, you can view all recent orders made on your credit by following these instructions:
- Log in to your MyTicketmaster account
- Click the "View All Orders " link located under the "Orders" heading
- Scroll down to "Search for Phone or Online Orders", enter the requested details and click submit.
- This will display a list of bookings with the relevant credit card and phone number. Click on the Order Number and the details of the booking will be displayed.
