How does Ticketmaster Verified Fan work?
Verified Fan utilises a unique fan-first technology to help identify fans who truly want to attend the show, and restricts ticket access to scalpers and bots. With Verified Fan, fans now have a better opportunity to access tickets.
Does registration guarantee me access to the presale?
No, registering doesn’t automatically qualify you to receive a presale code. Successful registrants will be sent a unique code 2 to 4 hours before the Presale begins.
Does presale access guarantee me tickets?
No, getting a unique offer code does not guarantee ticket. They will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need a Ticketmaster account to register for the presale?
Yes, you will need to sign in to your My Ticketmaster account when registering for the Presale powered by Verified Fan. If you don’t have already have a My Ticketmaster account, you can create one while registering for the Presale.
Can I use my live nation account to register for Verified Fan?
No, you will need to create a Ticketmaster account or use an existing one.
How do I register for accessibility seating tickets?
Fans with accessibility bookings still need to register for Verified Fan. If successful, when the presale opens please call Ticketmaster’s Accessible Seating Line if you have Wheelchair or Accessible Needs booking requirements on 1300 446 925.

Will I get a confirmation email once I’ve registered?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you’ve registered for Verified Fan. Please note, this confirmation email does not guarantee you presale access.
How do I know if I’ve been successful?
All applicants will receive an email prior to the Presale letting them know if they were successful or not in securing access to invitation to presale.
Why won’t my code work for more than one show?
If you receive a code it can only be used for the show and show date specified within the email. This code will be sent to you before the invitation presale begins with the details of the event the code applies to. It cannot be used for other events.
When should I expect my presale code?
If successful, you will receive an offer code via email or text message 2 to 4 hours before the presale. This will include presale times and a link to access the presale, along with your unique offer code.
Why haven’t I received my unique code?
Unfortunately registration doesn’t guarantee you will receive a code for the Verified Fan presale. If you did receive confirmation that you were successful and would receive a code, but no code itself, please provide your name and contact details so we can provide you with a new code. Your old code will no longer be valid.
If I register more than once, will I be disqualified?
Don’t worry, you will not be disqualified. If you used the same email or phone number for an event, only the last registration for that date will be kept.
