Please see the information below if your tickets haven't arrived and there is no printing delay in place (current events with a printing delay can be found here):
If you have selected Mobile delivery:
Mobile Delivery ticketing is like Print-at-Home tickets but instead of having to print off the tickets yourself, you can just show the ticket barcode on your mobile phone. It is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your events. When you select Mobile delivery at checkout - your mobile phone is your ticket. Your tickets will not be available for print or emailed to you.
Choosing Mobile* delivery at check-out will allow you to access your tickets directly through your Ticketmaster Account on your device. It’s the easiest and safest way to access your tickets to your events.
Because there’s no need to carry around physical tickets, your tickets are safe and always accessible via your chosen mobile device, meaning you’re all set to gain entry quickly at the venue when you arrive.
We recommend that you view your tickets prior to attending your event. You have the option to access your tickets in your Ticketmaster Account through the Ticketmaster App or by accessing Ticketmaster.com.au using your mobile browser.
Mobile tickets may be forwarded to friends and family - this feature is only available on select events. If available, you will be able to click on the Forward button within your order when viewed on Ticketmaster.com.au (using a web browser on your device) or through the ‘My Events’ section in the Ticketmaster App.
If you have selected a Print-at-Home delivery option:
Most Print-at-Home tickets purchased from the Ticketmaster website are set as Web Pickup. Rather than email you these tickets, we make these tickets available for you to download and print from any computer.
In this case you should receive a confirmation email, which contains a link to download your tickets. If you cannot access this email, you can find your order in your My Ticketmaster account. You will either need your email address and password, or your phone number and credit card number, to print your tickets.
All phone orders with Print-at-Home as the delivery method will be emailed to your inbox directly. AFL tickets booked online with a Club, AFL, Axcess One or MCC membership barcode will also be emailed to your inbox directly. Allow up to an hour for your tickets to arrive.
If after this time you still have not received your tickets please contact our customer service department. Tickets can either be emailed to another email address, or an alternative delivery method can be offered.
For some events, the printing of tickets is delayed, either at the request of the promoters or due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a large-scale delay of tickets, we will publish updated information through our Ticket Delivery Information page.
If there is no information about your event, please contact us, complete the enquiry form and one of our representatives can advise you of the status of your booking. If your event is within the next 24 hours please select 'Yes' from the drop-down menu under "Event in 24 hours?" on the request form.
