Can I book a school or group?
If you are looking to book tickets for a large group of people, our Groups department will be able to assist you with booking. For more information on our Groups department, please see our Groups Page.
My tickets have been lost or stolen. Can I replace them?
Yes. The credit card holder for the booking can contact us with their booking number, full name, billing address, phone number and last four digits of their card so that we can assist.
Can I get a refund or exchange if I change my mind, or if the performance date is no longer suitable for me?
Generally we do cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges, except when a performance has been cancelled or rescheduled, or where Australian Consumer Law applies. Refunds and exchange requests are subject to conditions that are outlined in our Purchase Policy.
What if my performance is cancelled?
If your performance is cancelled you will be notified with as much notice as possible to then choose another session to attend.
How do I book accessible seating?
Please call Ticketmaster’s Accessible Booking Line if you have accessible booking requirements, including wheelchair and/or Companion Card requirements.

What access and parking is available for people with disabilities?
Parking is available in the EQ Carpark for people with access requirements. It is located on the ground floor of the Entertainment Quarter.

Make sure for all buses to get off at Anzac Parade, Near Lang Road.

EQ is only 10 minutes drive from the CBD and 15 minutes from the Sydney International & Domestic Airport.
The EQ carpark makes visiting easy. It offers 2000 car spaces, and a max. vehicle height of 2.1m. You can also have your car washed and detailed while you’re out and about.

Can I bring food and/or drinks into the venue?
Bringing food or drinks into the venue is not permitted. Beverages purchased on site will be permitted into the theatre.
