Ticketmaster Australia is a ticketing agent and unfortunately is unable to donate tickets on behalf of the Promoters or Venues. The company does not own the tickets for an event but acts as an operator which sells them on behalf of the artist and or promoter for a nominated fee.
The details of the promoter are usually advertised with the announcement of an event they are promoting so we advise you to contact them directly for any form of donation or complimentary tickets.
