To manage the type of Alert email you get from Ticketmaster please follow the steps below:
- Log into your TM account as usual here.
- Click on the My Settings tab on the left hand side of the page. Click on Manage Alerts –
- Click into the Alert check box that you would like to get alerts or offers on. This subscribes you to that email alert. To unsubscribed from an Alert simply uncheck the box by clicking on the tick to remove it. Once you’ve made your changes, save them by clicking on Update Preferences -
- If you only want to receive customer service emails such as confirmation emails, order status emails, Print-at-Home delivery and event reminders, please click on the box next to that option at the bottom of the page then click on Submit My Request to save it.
- You will see the following screen once you’ve successfully saved your new alert or offers preferences. Please note that it can take up to 88 hours to process –
