Changing the billing address in your My Ticketmaster account will update your details for any future booking. Just sign into your My Ticketmaster account and click on 'edit billing information' in the Account Settings. You can update, edit, and delete billing information for any credit card used to book tickets.
Please note that Ticketmaster only sends tickets to the registered billing address of the credit card used to book the tickets for security reasons. As such, please do not submit a change of address request unless the billing address of the card used to pay has changed. If the details on the booking do not match up with the registered billing address of the card, this can result in the booking being cancelled.
If you are no longer at the billing address provided when making an existing booking, and you have not yet received the tickets, please contact Ticketmaster 3 days prior to your event so that we can arrange for replacement tickets to be made available at the venue.
