All Ticketmaster marketing-related emails have unsubscribe links contained in the footer where you can opt-out of receiving a particular type of email. You can also log into your My Ticketmaster account and manage your emails via the email preference section.
You can also submit an unsubscribe request by emailing privacy@ticketmaster.com.au with the email address connected to your Ticketmaster account. It can take up to 48 hours to be completely removed from the Ticketmaster database.
Please note that you may still receive emails from event providers (e.g., venues, teams, artists, promoters and leagues) to whom Ticketmaster discloses your email address as described in the Ticketmaster Privacy Policy. If you no longer wish to receive event partner emails please submit an enquiry
