A ticket order will not have proceeded if you have not requested a number of tickets and if you have not been prompted to enter or confirm your credit card details.
If you are unsure if your order has been processed, you can check your "order page" on your My Account. We also recommend checking your debit or credit card statement to see if any payments have been processed.
If you have done both of these and been notified that an error has occurred, please contact our Customer Service team by clicking the "Contact Us" above. If possible, please provide any order confirmation number you may have received so we can investigate your booking further.
