Cirque du Soleil's KURIOS has been rescheduled...
Cirque du Soleil have been in touch to let us know that Kurios – Cabinet of Curiosities has been rescheduled due to recent announcements by State and Federal Governments restricting mass gatherings. The event will now be taking place between 26 March and 30 May 2021 under the Big Top at Flemington Racecourse.
A message from Cirque du Soleil:
"As we continue our efforts to resume our touring operations worldwide, we gladly confirm that KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities has officially been rescheduled and will be performed under the Big Top at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne starting March 25th, 2021.
Rest assured, we meticulously follow all developments related to the pandemic, pursuing the very best options and are confidently moving forward with our Australian commitment. We have taken the initiative to schedule your new tickets for next year and we confirm that your seat selection will be maintained in the process.
We look forward to seeing you under the Big Top next year. In the meantime, we invite you to visit our content hub where we allow you to escape everyday life through the delight and whimsy of our shows."
Your tickets will be valid for this new date. You don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets.
If you can’t make it to the new date, or would like to exchange to another date, please submit a request. Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5:00pm, Monday 24 August 2020.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
