The promoter has regretfully advised that due to health reasons Joyner Lucas has postponed his upcoming Australian tour, which was scheduled to take place at Festival Hall on Friday 10th of August.
Joyner Lucas is working to reschedule his Australian tour and will announce rescheduled dates as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we ask ticket holders to hold onto their tickets until the new dates are announced. If the new dates are not suitable, you will be given the opportunity to secure a refund.
For any ticket holders requiring an immediate refund, please click here and submit an enquiry through our website no later than 5pm on Thursday the 16th of August. Please include “Joyner Lucas Postponed Refund” as the subject of the enquiry.
Once this has been submitted, please sit tight and one of our friendly customer service agents will be in contact sometime after the 16th of August to organise your refund.
If you booked at a Ticketmaster Outlet...
If you stopped into one of our Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets using cash or EFTPOS, you’ll need to swing by one more time with the tickets, and the EFTPOS card used if applicable, to make the booking. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.
Anything else you need to know?
Please note, only the Ticketmaster account holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
