The Secret Garden – Important Announcement
Producers Opera Australia and John Frost are disappointed to announce that the season of The Secret Garden is unable to proceed for reasons outside their control stemming from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and related government restrictions that have been implemented to reduce the spread of the virus.
While this decision is a devastating blow to all the performers and crews involved, ensuring the health and well-being of artists, staff and the community as a whole is the absolute priority. They would like to thank their patrons, staff, sponsors, and the community for their patience and support as we work through these difficult times.
Your tickets will be automatically refunded in full, as outlined below. You don’t need to do anything; we will issue a refund for your tickets onto the credit card you used to buy your tickets. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note, only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the methods outlined. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.
If you stopped into one of our Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets using cash or EFTPOS, you’ll need to email Sydney.lyricboxoffice@ticketmaster.com.au. The Sydney Lyric Box Office staff will help you with your refund.
