Sometimes the best laid plans don't work out. There has been a change of date & venue for Wolf Alice at the Tivoli on Saturday 22nd September. It's now been rescheduled to Friday 28th September 2018 at Eatons Hill Ballroom due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts in the artist's calendar.
What about the tickets?
All existing Print-at-Home and hard copy tickets are automatically valid for the new date and venue! All you need to do is show up on 28th September 2018 with your existing ticket(s), and you’re set.
If you selected the Mobile eTicket Delivery option, your tickets will be available as Print-at-Home tickets in your My Ticketmaster account closer to the event date. Please note if you have already accessed this Mobile eTicket it will no longer be valid for entry.
Can't make it? We're sorry to hear that.
If you can’t make it to the new date, let’s get those tickets refunded. Be sure to get in contact with us before Friday 7th of September so we can organise your refund.
Please click here to submit an enquiry through our website no later than 5pm on Friday the 7th of September 2018. Please include “Wolf Alice Rescheduled Refund” as the subject of the enquiry. One of our friendly customer service agents will then be in contact with you sometime after the 7th of September to process your refund.
If you stopped into one of our Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets, you’ll need to swing by one more time with the tickets and credit card used to make the booking. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.
Please note, only the Ticketmaster account holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
