The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that Rex Orange County on Saturday 6 June & Sunday 7 June 2020 at The Fortitude Music Hall has been cancelled.
A message from the artist and event organisers:

We have tried very hard to plan for the future amongst the continuing global health crisis, but it has become clear that we’re unable to reschedule the PONY Australia & New Zealand tour dates to a new period that we are fully confident will go ahead.  So it’s with deep regret that we have to cancel the Rex Orange County dates in Australia & New Zealand. We will look to plan a new tour when shows can go ahead again and travel is possible.

Refund Process:

Due to the number of cancellations, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. You don’t need to do anything; we will issue a refund for your tickets onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please note, if you purchased a CD with your ticket, you will not receive a refund for the CD. If you are yet to receive your CD please contact SBMECC@sonymusic.com.

Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.

Please understand that given the extraordinary circumstances, our Fan Support teams are incredibly busy at the moment, so we encourage you not to contact us. Instead, you can find lots of information and answers to your questions in our information portal.
