This event has had a change in start times, and your tickets are being relocated...
Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, and to ensure that all patrons are able to maintain appropriate social distance, Hockey Dad at The Fortitude Music Hall on Saturday 10 April 2021 has been split into three (3) performances.
A message from Hockey Dad:
“We would like to thank every single one of you for all your patience with our Brain Candy Album Tour. It’s been a real tricky year and we are incredibly grateful that you have stuck with us throughout it all!”
For existing ticketholders:
Let us know via the request form in the email sent to you, whether you would like to attend ONE of the three shows below:
• Saturday 10 April 2021 – 4:00pm
• Saturday 10 April 2021 – 8:30pm
• Sunday 11 April 2021 – 6:00pm
Please choose "Hockey Dad" from the event name drop down menu and then your preferred time to attend. If we do not receive your preferred event time by 5pm on Friday 26 March 2021, we will allocate your tickets into the best available show.
What about my original tickets?
Please note, all tickets for the original performance are now null and void. Your new tickets will be issued to you via email, a Print-At-Home ticket, prior to the event date and cannot be forwarded to another person. Your new tickets will not appear in your Ticketmaster Account and only the tickets in your email can be used for entry on event day.
If you have been forwarded your ticket, please note your ticket is no longer valid for entry. The original ticket buyer now has the new, valid tickets in their account. Unfortunately, the new tickets can not be forwarded to another person.
What if I can't attend?
If you are unable to attend any of these times, please request a refund via the same request form. Please choose "Hockey Dad" from the event name drop down menu and then select refund.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
