Sometimes the best laid plans don’t work out. The promoter has told us that there has been a change of date for World of Musicals at the Palais Theatre on Friday 5 June 2020. This has now been rescheduled to Saturday 3 July 2021. 
This postponement is due to the travel restrictions currently in place around the world, and the associated scheduling difficulties this has caused.

However, there’s no need to fret. All existing tickets are automatically valid for the new date! All you need to do is show up on Saturday 3 July 2021 with your existing ticket(s), and you’re set.

Can’t make it? We’re sorry to hear that.

If you can’t make it to the new date, let’s get those tickets refunded. Submit a refund request before 5:00pm Monday 8 June 2020.

Please note, only the original credit cardholder will receive a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.
