George Benson has been rescheduled...
Bluesfest have been in touch to let us know that George Benson on the 25, 26 and 29 March 2021 has been rescheduled due to recent announcements by State and Federal Governments restricting mass gatherings. The event will now be taking place on Monday 11, Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 April 2022 at The State Theatre.
Bluesfest Touring appreciates your patience during these challenging times, whilst the new dates were finalised and is excited for international touring to return.
What happens now?
- Tickets booked for 29 March 2021 are only valid for the same seats on 11 April 2022.
Tickets booked for 25 March 2021 are only valid for the same seats on 14 April 2022.
Tickets booked for 26 March 2021 are only valid for the same seats on 13 April 2022. - If you’re unable to make your new date you can request to exchange to George Benson’s other rescheduled shows detailed above. If you do wish to exchange your ticket to an alternate date, please bear in mind our team will allocate you into the next best available seats.
If you can’t make it to the new date or wish to exchange to an alternate date, submit a refund/exchange request before 5:00pm Friday 12 March 2021.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you will not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund/exchange via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer to make arrangements on your behalf.
