Red Hot Summer Tour has been rescheduled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that Red Hot Summer Tour on Saturday 10 October has been rescheduled due to recent announcements by State and Federal Governments restricting mass gatherings. The event will now be taking place on Saturday 12 March 2022 at Seppeltsfield Barossa.
A message from the event organiser:
"Due to the ongoing Covid – 19 Pandemic and restrictions surrounding mass gatherings, we have made the heart-breaking decision not to proceed with the upcoming October dates. The health and welfare of our patrons, artists, crew, staff and residents of the local areas are our number 1 priority.
All artists have agreed to play these three shows in the summer of 2022, which we are very thankful for. 2021 was not an option due to artist availabilities.
All of these events are sold out, and we hope that you choose to keep your ticket and join us on the new rescheduled dates."
Your tickets will be valid for this new date. You don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets.
Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure that we receive your request.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm, Friday 21 August 2020.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please be advised, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
