KURIOS has been cancelled...
Due to the uncertainties brought by the current pandemic situation, it is with deep regret that we announce today that Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group will unfortunately not be able to perform KURIOS at the Adelaide Showground in Adelaide starting on 11 June 2021 as originally planned.
A message from Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group:

Border closures, travel restrictions and ongoing sanitary measures do not allow the repatriation of our cast and crew from different parts of the world making it impossible for us to perform KURIOS in the short term. Cirque du Soleil is working closely with authorities throughout the world as well as all its partners, to adjust the touring plans and to find the best dates to relaunch its many shows.

What happens now?

As we are unable to confirm new dates for Adelaide at the current time, ticket holders will be refunded automatically.

Refund Process:

Due to the number of cancellations, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. You don’t need to do anything; we will issue a refund for your tickets onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.
