The ASO Master Series has been cancelled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that The ASO Master Series from Wednesday 9 December to Saturday 19 December 2020 at Adelaide Town Hall have been cancelled.
A message from The ASO:
Our sights have been set firmly on returning to the stage, and we’re excited to be able to welcome you to a concert very soon. However, there are still many things to consider and, for the time being, the ASO is unable to return to concert-giving as we knew it. This is due to several factors, including restrictions on travel (both nationally and internationally) affecting the ability of our soloists and conductors to be in South Australia. This, along with social distancing, has an impact on each performance venue’s capacity and the concert’s financial viability. We have therefore confirmed that we will be unable to go ahead with these performances as planned. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refund Process:
Due to the number of cancellations, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. You don’t need to do anything; we will issue a refund for your tickets onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Only the original credit cardholder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.
Please understand that given the extraordinary circumstances, our Fan Support teams are incredibly busy at the moment, so we encourage you not to contact us. Instead, you can find lots of information and answers to your questions in our information portal.
