50 Shades: A Musical Parody has been rescheduled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that 50 Shades: A Musical Parody from the 11 to 13 September 2020 (previously 17 to 19 April 2020) has been rescheduled due to recent announcements by State and Federal Governments restricting mass gatherings. The event will now be taking place on 7 & 8 May 2021 at Anita’s Theatre.
Your tickets will be valid for your new date outlined below. If you can, please keep your ticket for this new date rather than asking for a refund; the artists & the events industry needs your support at this time and Anita’s Theatre can’t wait to welcome you back in better times.
The rescheduled show dates are:
- Tickets that were booked for the 11 September 2020 6pm are only valid for the same seats on the 7 May 2021 at 6pm.
- Tickets that were booked for the 11 September 2020 9pm are only valid for the same seats on the 7 May 2021 at 9pm.
- Tickets that were booked for the 12 September 2020 6pm are only valid for the same seats on the 8 May 2021 at 6pm.
- Tickets that were booked for the 12 September 2020 9pm are only valid for the same seats on the 8 May 2021 at 9pm.
If you can’t make it to the new date, or wish to attend one of the alternative shows outlined above, please submit a request. Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm, Monday 14 September 2020. If you do wish to exchange your ticket to an alternative date, please bear in mind our team will allocate you into the next best available seats.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please be advised, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
