This event has had a change in start times, and your tickets are being relocated...
Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, and to ensure that all patrons are able to maintain appropriate social distance, Tones and I at Thebarton Theatre on Wednesday 12 May 2021 has been split into two performances with checkerboard seating (where every patron has a blank seat either side). This is to ensure as many of her loyal fans as possible can come along, within the current guidelines. The show is still taking place on Wednesday 12 May 2021 with a new start time - Doors at 3:00pm and Show at 4:00pm.
What happens now:
- Please note, all tickets for the original performance are now null and void. Your new tickets will be issued to you via email, a Print-At-Home ticket, prior to the event date and cannot be forwarded to another person using the Ticket Forward function. Your new tickets will not appear in your Ticketmaster Account and only the tickets in your email can be used for entry on event day.
- If you have been forwarded your ticket, please note your ticket is no longer valid for entry. The original ticket buyer will have the new, valid tickets emailed to them. Unfortunately, the new tickets can not be forwarded to another person using Ticket Forward.
Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure that we receive your request.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5:00pm Saturday 24 April 2021.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please be advised, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
