Ross Noble has been rescheduled...again
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that Ross Noble on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 December 2020, has been rescheduled. The event will now be taking place on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 February 2021 at Anita’s Theatre.
Your tickets will be valid for this new date. If you can, please keep your ticket for this new date rather than asking for a refund; the artists & the events industry needs your support at this time.
What happens now?
- Tickets for the Saturday 19 December 2020 event are only valid for the same seats on 6 February 2021. You don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets.
- Tickets for the Sunday 20 December 2020 event are only valid for the same seats on the 5th February 2021. You don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets.
If you can’t make it to the new date, or would like to exchange to the alternate show (subject to availability), please submit a request before 5:00pm Friday 22 January 2021.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
