Ocean Alley has been rescheduled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that Ocean Alley on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 February 2021 has been rescheduled and will now be taking place on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 August 2021 at The Fortitude Music Hall.
A message from the event organiser:
The recent easing of COVID restrictions definitely signals hope for the wider entertainment industry after what’s been a difficult year for all. While things are moving in a positive direction, there are still huge variances state–by-state in what is possible across inside and outdoor venues. In light of this, we will be rescheduling our Australian Tour that was due to kick off in February next year until August 2021. It’s not a decision that we’ve made lightly– we appreciate that these shows have been a long time coming, and it may seem confusing given the positivity around recent seated shows that have taken place or been announced. We have been creating the best possible live experience for this tour, and we want you to experience these shows in the way they’re intended... a room full of people, dancing shoulder to shoulder
What happens now?
- Tickets for the Friday 12 February 2021 event are now valid for Friday 20 August 2021. You don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets.
- Tickets for the Saturday 13 February 2021 event are now valid for Saturday 21 August 2021. You don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets.
Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure that we receive your request.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5:00pm Friday 8 January 2021.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
