Todrick Hall has been further rescheduled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that Todrick Hall - Haus Party Tour, rescheduled to January 13 2021, has been rescheduled again. The event will now be taking place on Monday 13 December 2021 at The Tivoli.
A message from the promoter:
Once again, we'd like to thank you for your patience and support and understanding throughout this time. It's been a difficult year for everyone and we appreciate that you've stood by us and the artists and venues that you love!
We've been continuing to monitor the situation and have come to the decision to reschedule the Todrick Hall Haus Party tour again. Please click through for a video message directly from Todrick.
We look forward to seeing you soon and we wish you and your family, chosen and otherwise a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year.
What happens now?
Your tickets will be valid for this rescheduled date of Monday 13 December 2021. You don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets.
Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure that we receive your request.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5:00pm Monday 18 January 2021.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
