Some screenings have been cancelled...
Westpac OpenAir have advised that due to the current Covid situation in Sydney, we’ve decided to cancel the screenings for Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 December 2020.
What happens now?
- If you wish to exchange your tickets to an alternative screening please email email@example.com with your request by 5pm on Wednesday 30 December 2020.
- Alternatively, all ticket holders who have not submitted an exchange request will be automatically refunded after the cut-off date of 5pm on Wednesday 30 December 2020.
Unless otherwise advised, screenings from 28 December onwards will proceed as scheduled.
You don’t need to do anything if you want a refund; we will issue a refund for your tickets onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets from Thursday 31 December 2020.
Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.
