The Empire Strikes Back is cancelled...
Westpac OpenAir have advised that a strong wind warning has been issued for Sydney Closed Waters from late this afternoon, and there’s a strong likelihood those winds will strengthen during the evening. As this will create dangerous conditions on Mrs Macquaries Point, with much disappointment, they have decided to cancel tonight’s screening of The Empire Strikes Back to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.
What happens now?

There is still a great line up of Westpac OpenAir movies. Check out the program here and submit a request to ticketing@cinerent.com.au for an alternate date and movie before 5pm on Thursday 18 February, 2021.

Can’t make it on another date?

You don’t need to do anything; we will issue a refund for your tickets from Friday 19 February, 2021 onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets. 
 
Please note, only the Ticketmaster account holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
