James Reyne has been rescheduled...
Due to the ongoing Covid 19 restrictions and lockdowns in Victoria, James Reyne will, unfortunately, be postponing his upcoming shows at The Tivoli.
Your booking for 19 June 2021 is rescheduled to Saturday 8 January 2022, doors opening 7pm.
What happens now?
- New tickets have already been issued via Print at Home email. They will have the old date, 19 June 2021, on them but remain valid for this new event date in 2022. Please check your inbox/junk/spam folder. Your new tickets will not appear in your Ticketmaster Account and only the tickets in your email can be used for entry on event day.
- Please note: new tickets were only issued to the original purchaser. Unfortunately the new tickets can not be forwarded to another person using Ticket Forward.
- If you did not receive your tickets via email the venue can reprint them for you at the box office.
Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm on Saturday 10 July 2021.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
