Elvis If I Can Dream has been rescheduled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that Elvis If I Can Dream at The Palms at Crown on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 July, will now be rescheduled to Friday 5 and Sunday 7 November 2021.
- The Friday 30 July 2021 show will be rescheduled to Sunday 7 November 2021, 3:00pm.
- The Saturday 31 July 2021 show will be rescheduled to Friday 5 November 2021, 7:30pm.
A message from the presenter:
“The health and wellbeing of our audience, our artists and crew and the wider community is our priority. BME and The Palms at Crown wishes to advise that in line with the respective Government Border Lockdowns & health directives and venue capacity restrictions we have had to postpone this week’s upcoming concerts.
The new dates are Friday 5th November 2021 7.30pm Show & Sunday 7th November 2021 3pm show, so we ask you to please hang on to your show tickets for the moment and keep supporting live music.
BME and all Artists wishes to thank you all so much for your continued support. We can’t wait to be able to perform for you all as soon as we can!”
What happens now?
Your tickets will be valid for Friday 5 November, 7:30pm. You don’t need to do anything, just hold on to your tickets.
Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm on Friday 27 August 2021.
Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.
Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
