Upcoming MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL performances cancelled...
Due to the recent government COVID-19 containment measures in Victoria, performances of MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL at the Regent Theatre are cancelled from Friday 13 August through to Sunday 3 October 2021 inclusive.
As a result of this, unfortunately the tickets you purchased have been cancelled. We are so disappointed and thank you for supporting MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL and the Australian live entertainment industry. As Harold Zidler says, ‘the show will go on’, and we hope to welcome you to the Regent Theatre at another performance.
Ticketmaster is in the process of refunding the full amount of your ticket purchase back to the credit card used for your transaction. We appreciate your patience with this process.
If you wish to purchase tickets for an upcoming performance, MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL is currently booking through to 27 February 2022 and an email has been sent with a link. If the email has not reached your inbox/junk/spam folders please contact us by following the steps here.

You don’t need to do anything; we will issue a refund for your tickets onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets.
You will only need to contact us if one of the following situations applies to you:
- The credit card used to make the purchase has expired
- The credit card used to make the purchase has been cancelled or the number has changed
- You have purchased tickets from a Box Office or Outlet using Cash or EFTPOS
Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above.

Why refund instead of exchange?
Instead of automatically exchanging your tickets into a performance date that may not suit you, we have refunded your purchase so you can choose to re-book into your preferred date.
