Crooked Colours has been cancelled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that Crooked Colours on Friday 20th August 2021 at The Timberyard has been cancelled.
A message from the Event Organiser:
It seems this show is cursed! Melbourne is once again in lockdown and it’s safe to say we will not be open to the level we would need to be in order to go ahead on August 21.
It really hurts to say this but given this show was first announced 18 months ago and we've lost track of how many times we've postponed, we feel we are at the point where we can’t bring ourselves to reschedule and potentially face yet another postponement, so we have made the devastating decision to cancel this show altogether.
We honestly cannot thank you enough for hanging in there with us and holding on to your tickets for such a long time. We know it has been an absolute drainer, getting your hopes up only to be disappointed again and again.
Your support of Australian live music means the world, it’s been such a tough time and we are incredibly grateful for all of the fans who stick by us.
We are truly sorry we couldn’t make it work, we gave it our best shot.
Crooked Colours are committed to coming to Melbourne at some point down the track, and when that time comes we will start fresh and hopefully the COVID situation in Australia will have drastically changed.

Due to the number of cancellations, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. You don’t need to do anything; we will issue a refund for your tickets onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets.
You will only need to contact us if one of the following situations applies to you:
- The credit card used to make the purchase has expired
- The credit card used to make the purchase has been cancelled or the number has changed
- You have purchased tickets from a Box Office or Outlet using Cash or EFTPOS
Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.
