The Who's Tommy is being rescheduled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that The Who's Tommy on Friday 13 to Saturday 21 August 2021 at Palais Theatre is being rescheduled to February/March 2022.
A message from the presenter:
Determined to stage the Australian premiere of this high-octane rock musical, Victorian Opera has rescheduled The Who's Tommy to February 2022. The new dates are 22,23,24,25,26,28 February and 1 March 2022.
What happens now?
Your tickets will be automatically refunded and you will be able to rebook at the original price from Monday 20 September to Monday 11 October 2021.
You will receive an email on Monday 20 September with the exclusive booking link to access the new dates before the production goes on sale to new buyers.
You don’t need to do anything; refunds will begin being processed this week. We will issue a refund for your tickets onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets.
You will only need to contact us if one of the following situations applies to you:
- The credit card used to make the purchase has expired
- The credit card used to make the purchase has been cancelled or the number has changed
- You have purchased tickets from a Box Office or Outlet using Cash or EFTPOS
Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.
