The Australian Turf Club wishes to advise that the City Tattersalls Club Cup Day scheduled for Saturday 23 October 2021 at Royal Randwick Racecourse will be closed to the general public.
All tickets originally booked with Ticketmaster will receive a full refund.
Statement from the Australian Turf Club:
Following NSW Government Health Orders that spectator capacity for City Tattersalls Club Cup Day is capped at 5,000 people, along with COVID impacted delays to the opening of WINX Stand, all General Admission and Premier General Admission tickets are being refunded.
You don’t need to do anything; we will issue a refund for your tickets onto the original credit card you used to buy your tickets.
You will only need to contact us if one of the following situations applies to you:
- The credit card used to make the purchase has expired
- The credit card used to make the purchase has been cancelled or the number has changed
- You have purchased tickets from a Box Office or Outlet using Cash or EFTPOS
Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original credit card holder for your refund.
