Your performance of An American In Paris has been rescheduled...
The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that performances of An American In Paris on Tuesday 26 & Wednesday 27 July 2022 has been rescheduled. The performances will now be taking place on Tuesday 19 & Wednesday 20 July 2022 at Crown Theatre Perth.
But please don’t worry, we have reallocated you comparable new seats. You will be sent an email with new tickets for your new performance date. 

• Tuesday 26 July 2022, 1pm is now on Wednesday 20 July 2022, 1pm
• Tuesday 26 July 2022, 6:30pm is now on Tuesday 19 July 2022, 6:30pm
• Wednesday 27 July 2022, 1pm is now Wednesday 20 July 2022, 1pm

A message from the producers GWB Entertainment:
“Due to scheduling changes, some performances of An American In Paris will no longer be taking place. We are pleased to be able to move your tickets into an earlier performance date, so that you can still experience this spectacular production. We thank you for your understanding and continued support of live theatre.”
What happens now?
You will be sent an email with NEW tickets valid for your new performance date. Please allow up to seven (7) days for these tickets to be generated and emailed to you. Please ensure you are also checking your junk or spam folders so the tickets are not missed.

Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.

If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.

Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm on Monday 4 July 2022.

Please note that if you do not request a refund by this date, we will take it that you can make the rescheduled show and a refund will no longer be available as a result of rescheduling the event. If you request a refund after this date, you may not be entitled to a refund as it will be considered a “change of mind”, and refunds will only be given where required by law or at the discretion of the event organiser.

Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
