Our payment provider performs checks to authenticate the information provided at the time of listing. This helps us to prevent fraud.
Once these checks have completed and accepted your listing will go live.
Listings are removed 3 business days before an event takes place and any unsold tickets will remain yours.
Your tickets will be listed on Ticketmaster and if they sell, you’ll receive an email confirmation right away.
My tickets have sold, what happens next? ⌚
If your tickets sell, we’ll email you right away to confirm. The tickets will be re-issued and the buyer will be allocated new barcodes for entry.
You won’t need to do anything, just sit back and wait for us to issue payment to you.
When will I get paid for my sale? 💷
After the tickets have been reissued, we’ll then arrange for payment to be issued to you, usually within the following 10-12 business days, so long as you have provided all required information including Australian bank account details to Adyen our payment provider.
We’ll email you again to confirm when we’ve made payment to your bank account.
The payment can then take another 3-5 business days to show in your bank account and will show on your bank statement as Adyen, our payment provider.
You will be required by Adyen, to provide an Australian bank account to receive payment in Australian dollars. If you do not have an Australian Bank Account, you should not list your tickets for resale as payment for your tickets would not be processed.
If your bank account details have changed you can log in to your account to update these: just click on “My Profile” & “Seller Details” and enter the new bank account information.
Can you make payment to a credit / debit card? 💳
All payments for resale tickets will be processed through “Adyen for Platforms”. Such payment processing services will be provided by Adyen to you directly on the Adyen terms and conditions.
Adyen will only make payment to an Australian bank account in your name. Payment will be made to this bank, which must match the name and address that you provide.
We can't make payment onto a credit or debit card, or by any other means. If you do not wish to use Adyen for Platforms, or do not have an Australian Bank Account, you should not list your tickets for resale as payment for your tickets would not be processed.

Can I cancel my Resale listing? 🖱
If your tickets have not yet sold, you can simply click on "cancel listing" which is displayed under your tickets in My Account.
You can relist them up until tickets for the event are taken off sale, which is usually 3 business days before the event.
Any tickets that have already sold can't be cancelled, as a contract will have been formed between you and the buyer and the sale has to be honoured.
What happens if my tickets don’t sell? ⏳
Tickets usually remain on sale until 3 business days before the event. After this, they’re removed to make sure there is enough time for them to reach a buyer in time for the event.
We’ll send you an email if your tickets sell, but all sellers are advised to monitor their listings by logging into their account. If you want to remove any unsold ticket(s) before the expiry date you can also do that from your account.
Any tickets that don’t sell remain yours to use as you wish, but we can’t make payment for any tickets that haven’t sold.
