Providing or confirming your phone number helps us ensure we have valid contact information. It's important we have the correct contact details for you so we can keep you up to date. Sometimes things happen last minute with events and we want to be able to let you know ASAP.
Occasionally fans receive the following error when adding a phone number to their account.
What do I do now?
Firstly, double check the number you have entered is correct. It can be easy to mistype a number, especially when in a rush. Correct the number if mistyped and hit NEXT again.
If you are still getting the above error message, or the number you entered initially is correct you can do one of the below:
- Try adding a different contact number for yourself.
- Check your device has all the latest software updates installed and then restart your device.
- If you are still getting the error message, please contact our customer service team to let them know of this issue when adding your contact number. They will look into the issue for you and help you get it resolved. Please provide all the details so they can assist you as quickly as possible.
If you have an existing account with Ticketmaster, you can check we have the most up-to-date contact information for you by logging into your account here. Click on My Profile from the menu. On the next screen, you can review and edit your contact details, including your contact phone numbers.
