Important Information About Your Booking – Moulin Rouge! The Musical

The producers have been in touch to let us know that your performance of Moulin Rouge! The Musical for Tuesday 26 July 2022 has been rescheduled. Your performance will now be taking place on Tuesday 22 November 2022 at the Capitol Theatre.

What happens now?

Your tickets will now be valid for the performance on Tuesday 22 November at 7pm. We have rescheduled your tickets to a performance which is not yet on sale to ensure we can offer you the same seats and tickets as your original booking. You do not need to do anything further. Tickets for your new date will appear in your Ticketmaster account shortly.

Can’t make the new date? 

If you can’t attend this new date, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.

All requests must be submitted prior to 5pm on Friday 26 August 2022.

Please note, only the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek an exchange via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Forward", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer.
